APPLICATIONS AND PRIORITIES

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, Article 8, the customer may send his written objections by e-mail to: info@mandaryne-leather.com. All comments and objections from Mandaryne Adventure LLC. will reply within a maximum of 15 days.

REPRODUCTION OF GOODS AND ASSETS

You can terminate the contract unilaterally within 14 days without giving reasons. In order to be able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement, you must notify us of your decision to terminate the contract unilaterally before the expiration of the deadline and this by an unambiguous statement sent by post or by email, specifying your name, address, phone number, account number and email address. Confirmation of receipt of a notice of unilateral termination of contract will be sent to you, without delay, by electronic mail.

The term of one-off termination shall be 14 days from the date on which to you or to the third person you have designated, and who is not a carrier, is delivered the last piece or last consignment of goods.

If you unilaterally terminate this Agreement, we will refund the money we received from you, including delivery charges, without delay, and within 14 days from the day you received your decision to unilaterally terminate your contract, unless you have selected another Delivery Type and which is not the cheapest standard delivery we have offered, Refund of money will be executed the same way you paid. In case you otherwise agree to a refund, do not incur any costs in return. Refunds can only be made after the goods are returned to us or after you provide proof that you have returned the goods back to us. Return goods to us without unnecessary delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date you have sent us yours decision on unilateral termination of the contract. It is considered that you have fulfilled your obligation in time if you send or deliver the goods to us, or to the person we are authorized to receive goods, before the expiry of the above deadline. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods yourself.

You are responsible for any impairment of goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS

The buyer is obligated to check for any damages when picking up the goods and immediately complain  to the deliverer who delivered the goods or refuse to take over the shipment where  there are visible damage. When we deliver the original packaged package to your door and you take the goods with a mandatory signature on the invoice, you hereby certify that the goods are properly delivered.

For all items, the statutory deadline for complaint is valid. If within this period, for example, the item has changed its properties, and is caused by non-compliance with prescribed care and maintenance procedures, Mandaryne Adventure LLC. does not respond to the resulting damage. Otherwise you can return the item and replace it with the same or similar new item, we can fix it at our expense and you may get a discount or a refund of the amount you paid. Please contact us at info@mandaryne-leather.com for the description and / or photos of the damage first, and then we will address the recovery of the damaged item and the complaint.
